Posts and discussions help members follow updates, ask questions, and respond to community content. If a post should only reach paying members or specific tiers, review Manage memberships, credits, and gated content alongside Control who can see your content. For recap-style publishing after a live event, continue with Publish replays and AI clips.
Before you start
- Confirm whether the post should be public, member-only, gated, or invite-only.
- Prepare the title, body, cover media, category, and tags.
- Check whether comments should be enabled.
Create a post
- Open Settings > Content > Discussions and start a new discussion from the create action.
- Add a clear title and body.
- Choose the category and visibility.
- Add cover media only when it helps members understand the post. Uploaded covers and media count toward your account's media storage allowance.
- Preview the post, then publish.
Manage existing posts
- Open Settings > Content > Discussions.
- Find the post.
- Update content, cover, status, category, or visibility.
- Use moderation tools when comments or reports need review.
Expected result
Members should see the post in the right places, with the correct access rules and useful metadata.
Troubleshooting
- If members cannot see a post, check visibility, membership access, and moderation status.
- If a cover image looks wrong, replace it with a correctly cropped image.
- If comments become unsafe, use moderation settings or reports before reopening discussion.
