Before you start

  • Sign in to manage your membership or credit balance.
  • Review the tier details before changing or cancelling a membership.
  • Space owners should confirm which capabilities are included in each tier before publishing gated content.

Manage your membership

  1. Open Settings > Account > Membership.
  2. Review your current tier and billing status.
  3. Change tier, renew, or cancel your membership.
  4. Complete the secure checkout or billing portal steps to confirm the change.

Use credits and gated content

  1. Open Settings > Personal > Credits to review your own balance.
  2. Open gated posts, products, or livestream features from the Space.
  3. Use the purchase or unlock prompt shown on content that requires more access.
  4. Space owners can review community credit activity from Settings > Community > Credit usage.

Expected result

Your membership and credit balance should reflect the access you expect, and gated content should clearly explain what is required.

Troubleshooting

  • If access does not update after payment, refresh the page and check membership status.
  • If a credit action fails, verify your balance and payment method.
  • If a member reports access problems, owners should check the member tier and any moderation or role restrictions.
