Credits pay for metered features in a Space, including AI chat replies, long-form AI drafts, video summaries, AI clips, and livestream rooms with public viewing. The Credits page shows your balance, top-up options, and every credit event.

Before you start

  • Sign in and open Settings > Personal > Credits; it shows the same page as Settings > Account > Credits.
  • Buying top-ups requires a paid membership plan; upgrade from the Membership page first if needed.
  • The header badge shows the current credits-per-£1 rate for your Space.

Buy credits

  1. On the Credits page, scroll to Buy more credits.
  2. Pick a £25, £50, or £100 tier; each button shows exactly how many credits you receive.
  3. Complete the payment form. Your balance updates shortly after payment succeeds, and top-up credits never expire.

Plan and track usage

  1. Use the Credit planner to estimate a livestream, after-the-live clips and draft posts, or AI tools before you run them, including a fast, balanced, or premium quality tier for AI work.
  2. Compare the estimated total against Available now and After estimate; a top-up prompt appears when the estimate exceeds your balance.
  3. Review Grouped usage to see credits grouped by livestream, order, campaign, or feature.
  4. Open Credit event history and select Load older events to audit every top-up, captured usage, refund, and included allocation.

Expected result

You can top up your balance, predict what a planned activity will cost, and explain every credit movement from the history table.

Troubleshooting

  • If the top-up buttons ask you to upgrade, your membership is not on a paid plan yet.
  • If credits do not appear right after payment, wait a few moments; balances update shortly after the payment succeeds.
  • If a low-credit warning appears, top up before running paid features so your work is not interrupted.
