Set up your Space profile

Configure the public Space details members see before you invite people or sell.

Space profile setup is usually the first owner task. Complete it before inviting members, publishing products, or promoting livestreams.

Before you start

  • Sign in with a Space owner or admin account.
  • Prepare the public name, description, avatar or logo, business details, and contact expectations.
  • Confirm who on your team should be allowed to edit settings.

Set up the profile

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Review the dashboard for setup prompts and account warnings.
  3. Open Business & Earnings in the Monetization group of the settings sidebar.
  4. Add the public business details members should trust.
  5. Check account profile details under Account > Profile.
  6. Save changes and open the public Space page to confirm the display.

Expected result

Visitors should see a clear Space identity, and team members should know where owner settings live.

Troubleshooting

  • If Business & Earnings is unavailable, check your role and Space plan.
  • If changes do not appear immediately, refresh the public page and check whether a save action failed.
  • Avoid using private support contacts or internal notes in public profile fields.
