Book services and manage your bookings

Browse services, book or request a slot, pay any amount due, and track, reschedule, or cancel bookings from My Bookings.

The Services page lists bookable appointments offered in this Space. You pick a service, choose an available slot or send a flexible request, answer any intake questions, pay whatever is due now, and then manage everything from My Bookings.

Before you start

  • Create an account and sign in; the booking flow prompts you to create an account before booking.
  • Check the service's price, duration, lead time, and cancellation details on its page before committing.
  • For buyer-location services, have your postal code ready to confirm coverage.

Book a service

  1. Open Services from the Space pages and use search, Category, Mode, Location, price, and duration filters to find a service, then open it.
  2. Review Price, Duration, Lead time, Location, Confirmation, Payment, and Cancellation details, then select Start booking.
  3. Choose an available slot, add a Booking subject, answer the Intake questions, and pick any optional add-ons.
  4. Select Request booking and complete payment if an amount is due now. You see Booking request received when the request is submitted.

Track and manage your bookings

  1. Open Settings > Personal > My Bookings to see your appointments with payment state and calendar export.
  2. Open a booking to view the provider, time, location, intake answers, add-ons, and the Booking events timeline.
  3. Use Request reschedule with a proposed start and end time and an optional note, Pay balance when a remaining amount is due, cancel when the policy allows it, or leave a Review after the service completes.

Expected result

Your booking moves through its lifecycle — request submitted, confirmed, started, finished — with each step recorded under Booking events. Payment shows as paid, due, or not required, and booking updates reach you through your notification channels under the commerce category.

Troubleshooting

  • If a slot disappears at checkout, it was taken; choose another time.
  • If payment fails, the slot hold is released and the booking is not completed; start again with a working payment method.
  • If no slots show, the provider has no open availability; some services accept a flexible request instead.
  • If an action such as cancel is unavailable, the booking's current state or the provider's policy does not allow it.
