Before earnings can reach your bank account, you connect an account with our secure payments provider, verify your identity, and publish basic seller information. After that, the Payouts page shows your balances and lets you withdraw.
Before you start
- Sign in as a Space owner or team member with monetization access.
- Have your identity documents and bank details ready for verification.
- Decide what public seller information you want buyers to see.
Connect payments and verify your identity
- Open Settings > Monetization > Business & Earnings.
- In the Payments card, use the connect button to create your account with the secure payments provider; the card flags that an account is required until the connection exists.
- Use Complete verification to finish identity checks; the Account Status card shows separate Charges and Payouts indicators, and Payouts are ready appears when everything is approved.
- Fill in the Seller disclosure — Seller type (including Private seller), Trading name, Legal name, Public contact email, Public phone, Company registration number, Registered jurisdiction, and Registered address summary — then select Save seller disclosure.
Review balances and withdraw
- Open Settings > Monetization > Payouts to see your Available balance, Pending balance, and Payout schedule.
- When funds show as Ready to withdraw, select Withdraw to start a manual payout; Payout initiated confirms it, and it then appears under Latest payouts with created and arrival dates.
- Open Settings > Monetization > Revenue for earnings context — Gross orders, provider-calculated revenue, and Fees and timing — with shortcuts to View orders and View payout balance.
Expected result
Your account status shows charges and payouts enabled, the seller disclosure is saved for buyers, and withdrawals you start appear in the payouts list with a reference and arrival date as the payments provider delivers them to your bank account.
Troubleshooting
- If the Payouts page asks you to fix outstanding requirements, the payments provider needs more information; reopen verification from Business & Earnings.
- If the payout access is still under review by the provider, wait for the review to finish before withdrawing.
- If revenue totals differ from gross order totals, the gap reflects fees and payment timing shown on the Revenue page.
