Seller order management keeps buyers informed and helps revenue move through the payout flow correctly.

Before you start

  • Sign in as a Space owner or team member with order access.
  • Confirm the order status before contacting the buyer.
  • Keep carrier tracking details ready before marking an item shipped.

Manage orders

  1. Open Settings > Monetization > Orders.
  2. Select the order.
  3. Review items, buyer details, payment state, and fulfilment notes.
  4. Update the order status when work progresses.
  5. Add tracking once you have the carrier tracking number.

Review revenue and payouts

  1. Open Settings > Monetization > Revenue to review revenue summaries.
  2. Open Settings > Monetization > Payouts to manage payout setup.
  3. Complete any required identity and account verification steps.

Expected result

The buyer should see accurate order status, and the seller should understand whether funds are pending, available, or blocked by payout setup.

Troubleshooting

  • If payout setup is incomplete, follow the account onboarding prompts before expecting transfers.
  • If a buyer cannot see tracking, confirm it was saved on the order.
  • If revenue totals look unexpected, compare the order list, refunds, discounts, and platform fees.
